Please join us for Pilates on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. at Live Bliss Studio, located next to the bookstore. In this class you will explore a variety of the 34 foundational Pilates postures along with other core-strengthening exercises. All classes are donation only and mats are available. |
