I had to call Telmex and report the broken modem 24 hours before going to Manzanillo to exchange it, or have them bring me a new one, I choose them bringing me one. I had heard from a friend about a Telmex package which gave 4 MB service for $700 per month (normal is 1MB for $350). I ordered it and it just started working, Speed test results Down - 3482 Up 520
