Windows 2007 question

I just got 07 on my computer, and would like to make best use of the sticky notes - to have them remind me of something every time I use the computer, or to be able to put up one that would not disappear until I deleted it...ie the little note should stay on top over the other windows. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks!
