This action is totally lawful, The Ejido El Rebalsito took possession of the land of Rodenas and the Ejido members sold it. The only one legitimate owner of this land is Rodenas Real Estate Company. The people from El Rebalsito knew the situation. Was evident it expulsion from this land. El Rebalsito had a llegal fight with Rodenas for 17 years, and Rodenas won all the sentences of the court. The Federal Zone is other case, but Rodenas also is the llegal owner of the concession of Tenacatita Beach. In few words Ejido El Rebalsito doesn't have any meter on Tenacatita Land. And the llegal owner is taking control of his legitimate property. The first owner of this Land was Eufracia Deniz, she sold it to Rodolfo Paz Vizcaino, Rodolfo sold the land to Jesus Gonzalez Gallo who passed away and inherit the property to his wife Paz Gortazar, Paz sold the property to Rodenas Real Estate (Jose Maria Andres Villalobos). |
