Please join us for Yoga and Pilates this week at Live Bliss Studio, located next to the bookstore. All classes are donation only and mats are available. YOGA: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9-10 a.m. Meditation Wednesdays: 10-10:30 a.m. Find inner peace and strength with meditation. You can stay after Yoga class or just come for meditation. PILATES: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9-10 a.m. Discover your strength and creativity from the inside out. Namaste, Karen |
