YOGA and PILATES Schedule

Please join us for Yoga and Pilates this week at Live Bliss Studio, located next to the bookstore. All classes are donation only and mats are available.

YOGA:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9-10 a.m.

Meditation Wednesdays: 10-10:30 a.m. Find inner peace and strength with meditation. You can stay after Yoga class or just come for meditation.

PILATES:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9-10 a.m.

Discover your strength and creativity from the inside out.
