Daniel - When you listen to the radio in Mexico (at least locally) the news broadcasts are always from noticistema. They're always short. Here are a couple of links to articles from today:

For anyone who posts here or anywhere on the internet, please don't mention names of people in Tenacatita or El Rebalsito as it could have repercussions for them in the future. Also, folks with an FM-3 (don't know about FM-2s) are not allowed to engage in any political activity. So watch what you say as ANYONE can read messages posted to a public place. Especially be careful not to criticize individuals by name (although it's hard not to).

As for fidecomisos, the notary sends the titles and all relevent information to the Bank who then holds the title in trust for the foreigners. The process takes a few months and costs lots of money. The banks have lots of lawyers. They are responsible to defend the rights of the people they hold the land in trust for. That's what people are paying for.
