Water Desalinization

If this new resort is built at the mouth of Tenacatita Bay, where will they get their water? Our aquafir is almost depleted every year before the rain and with less rain perhaps not even then. Tamarindo uses our aquafir and if other resorts do the same, what will happen to our surrounding area and us? A desalinization plant would be in order, as they do in many other resort area. Does anyone know, if their plan includes this since it has been in the works for 20 years? |
