The deputy of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico, Enrique Aubry , is preparing a bill to inhibit citizens and business owners of Jalisco use of plastic bags , as already approved in the Federal District : "We are seeing with employers as well as how not affect them but which no longer affect the environment , and we are meeting with the mayor of Guadalajara to see the strategy and submit it as soon as possible. " Notes that to delineate the criteria of the new law will have forums to discuss the issue , the legislature's proposal is that the rule should be applied first to the business of the Metropolitan Area , especially in supermarkets as a pilot and then evaluate its implementation in throughout the state.
