DIF has moved. It is now across the street from the Funeria Guadalapana (I think that is how it was spelled). And, they are not open to provide cards at their new location until Sept 15th. I can try to describe where it is -- if you know where the main electrical supply is on the main drag coming out of Chituatlin -- there are two streets to the right running into the main street at that location. The DIF is on the one way street coming off the hill into town, so you have to take the other street (the one to the left) and go up and around the block to your right. Then, the office is on your left, across from the funeral place. There was no DIF sign on the building today, but my guess is that it will be there by the 15th. All the DIF folks are now in blue shirts and the place looks like a primeria or some such building for children with those sort of paintings on the outside.
