SECTION 1) ITS EXCLUSIVLY ABOUT THE REPOSITION OF SROUND OF 45 HECTAREAS(90 ACRES)OF LAND CALLED EL PALMAR FROM AND OLD OWNER WHO WON THRU ALL THE LEGAL STEPS OF THE MEXICAC LAW,TO A DECISION OF EVICTION BY THE SUPREME COURT, THIS HAPENED TO THE EJIDO BECOUSE OF A POOR DEFENSE, AND LACK OF AKNOWLEDGE FROM THEM, BECOUSE THOSE LANDS WERE WON BY THE LAWYER AND NEW OWNER ANDRES VILLALOBOS REPRESENTING RODENAS, THAT REPOSESION NEVER TOOK PLACE BECOUSE OF THE OLDER POLITICAL ORDER TO AVOID ANY TYPE OF SOCIAL PROBLEM, SO THE EXECUTION NEVER TOOK PLACE AND THE TIME PASED BY AND THOSE RIGHTS EXPIRED, LATER ON 2007 THE EJIDO WENT INTO THE NATIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM CALLED PROCEDE AND THEY WERE LOTIFIED ALONG THE EJIDATARIOS WITH A TITLE THAT ALOUD THEM TO LEGALLY SELL IT AND BUYERS COULD GET THEIR (ESCRITURAS) WHO IS THE LEGAL OWNERSHIP PAPERWOK FOR MEXICO, LEGALY THE OTHER PARTY OR OWNER(RODENAS) HAD A TIME LIMIT TO PROTEST OR (AMPARARESE) AGAINST THAT TITLEING GOING ON , WHO HE DID NOT AND THEIR LEGAL TIME TO FIGHT IT PASSED BY. ALL THOSE WHO BOUGHT LAND WITH THOSE TITLES ARE CALLE BUYERS OF GOOD FAITH, AND HAVE A CHANCE TO DEFEND THEIR SELF THRU AN AMPARO BETWEEN THEIR PROPER TIMING (A GOOD MEXICAN LAWYER IS RECOMENDED).
THERE ARE A LOT OF ANOTHER TYPE OF LAND SELLING FROM THE EJIDO THRU THE EJIDATARIOS OR A THIRD PARTY: "THOSE ARE CALLED CESION DE DERECHOS DE POSESION" WHO COMES IN A SERIES OF NON OFFICIAL PAPERWORK MADE BY THEM AND SIGN BY THE SELLER AND SOME TIMES FROM THE EJIDO AUTHORITIES, WITH A LOT OF SIGNATURES AND SEALS. "ALL THOSE KINDS OF SIMULATION OF LAND SELLING ARE A FRAUD AND HAVE NOT CHANCE AT ALL OF WINING ANY TYPE OF TRIAL BECOUSE THE EJIDO DOESN´´T HAVE THE "ESCRITURAS" FOR THAT PROPERTY AND MANY OF THE TIMES THEY HAVE TAKEN POSSESION OF THAT LAND FROM PRIVATE OWNERS OR GOVERMANT PROPERTY, WHICH MEANS THAT THE RIGHTFULL OWNER HAS THE TITLES AND MAYBE THE RIGHTS IF HE HAS WON THE LAWSUITS AGAINST THE EJIDO, WHICH IN THE CASE OF THESE LANDS IT HAS HAPPENED, SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN FOOLED AND LIED ABOUT THESE, BECOUSE IS A GOOD BUSINESS FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE AND THEY ALL KNOW IT IS A FRAUD BUT SINCE EVRYONE IS MAKING MONEY AND A SAYING THAT THE MORE PEOPLE THAT GET IN THE MORE SUPPORT EVERYONE WILL HAVE AND THEY WILL HAVE TO GO ALONG WITH THEM AS AN OLD ARAB SAYING AFTER A CAMEL GUIDE BUYS A DEFECTIVE CAMEL AND THE BUYER COMES COMPLAINIG THE SELLER TELLS HIM TO KEEP QUIET AND LET NOBODY KNOW THE TRUTH BECOUSE IF NOT HE WONT BE ABLE TO RESALE IT IN A FUTURE. THIS IS THE NAKED TRUTH

THE SECOND SECTION IS ABOUT THE REAL OWNERSHIP OF THE BAY AND BEACH WHICH FOR A LONG TIME THE GOVERMENT HAS SAID ITS ALL OF THEM, NOT ONLY THE NORMAL 20 MTS OF BEACH IN FRONT OF THE SEA, BUT ALL THE LAND BETWEEN THE BEACH AND THE MANGLAR WICH HAS A SMALL RIVER ALONG THE BEACH. THIS THE GOVERNMENT ILLEGALLY SAYS ITS THEIRS AS "TERRENOS GANADOS AL MAR" WICH IS LAND WON TOO THE SEA BY THE REFILLING BY LAND OVER THE RIVER AND BEACH BEDS WHICH IN THIS CASE IS NOT THRU SINCE THAT LINE OF LAND BETWEEN THE MANGLAR AND THE SEA HAS BEEN THERE SINCE THE LAST CENTURY AND WAS USED AS THE OLD ROAD TO MANZANILLO. THAT CAN BE LEGALLY FOUGHT TO THE GOVERNMANT AND HAS NEVER BEEN MADE. ANYWAY THAT BAY HAS BEEN IN THE POSSESION OF THE EJIDO FOR GENERATIONS BUT THEY NEVER DID THE LEGAL PAPERWORK TO ASK FOR THE CONCESION OF THE LAND TO THE GOVERNMENT BY THE EJIDO OR BY ANY OF THE MORE 160 EJIDATARIOS THAT DISTRIBUTED THAT LAND BETWEEN THEM LONG TIME AGO WITH THE EXEPTION OF ONE WELL ADVISED BUYER WHO ASKED, AND WAS GRANTED FOR THE CONCESION FOR HIS PIECE OF LAND TO BUILD A RESTAURANT.
A YEAR AFTER THAT THE SAME LAWYER AND OWNER OF THE RODENAS CORPORATION, ILLEGALLY ASKED FOR THE CONCESSION OF ALL THE BAY AND THE NEIGHBORING BEACHES, INCLUDING THE LOT ALREADY CONCESSED TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER AND WITH A LOT OF IRREGULARITIES AND LAWS BEEING BROKEN THE CONCESSION WAS GRANTED SEEMED LIKED THAT WITH A BIG POLITICAL INFLUENCE AT THAT TIME. THIS BEGAN ANOTHER LEGAL FIGHT BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS THAT STILL HASNT FINISH.

THE REALITY NOW: THIS SO CALLED OWNER OR ENTERPRENUR COULDNT DO NOTHING FOR A LONG TIME BECOUSE OF 3 REASONS:
LACK OF ALL THE LEGAL RIGHTS
LACK OF MONEY
LACK OF POWER AND POLITICAL INFLUENCE IN ORDER TO MOVE SO MANY DIFFERENT GOVERNMANT AUTHORITIES FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATED, WHICH INDICATES BY THE WAY IT HAS BEEN DONE THAT NOT ONLY THE JALISCO GOBERNOR IS INVOLVED, BUT MORE POWERFULL PLITICIANS AND VERY WEALTHY INVESTORS TO MAKE A MOVE LIKE THIS.
THIS IS BECOUSE BY USING AN OLD SUPREME COURT RESOLUTION IS TAKING NOT ONLY THE LAND WON ON THOSE TRIALS, BUT A LOT MORE LAND THAT THE EJIDO HAD, PLUS FINALLY TAKE THE POSSESION FOR THE BEACH CONCESION GIVEN TO HIM A LONG TIME AGO. AND IT APPEARS EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WELL PLANNED SINCE THEM INMEDIATLY DESTROYED ALL THE CONSTRUCTIONS AND PHISICAL POSSESIONS OF THE EJIDATARIOS AND BUYERS FROM THEM THAT HAD BEEN BEFORE THEY WERE GRANTED THAT CONCESION IN A EFFORT TO ERASE AND ACCOMPLISH ALL THE LEGAL RIGHTS FOR THE CONCESSION TO BE REVOQUED. AND IT SEEMS THAT THEY FEEL SO POWERFOOL THAT THEY DIDN´´T NEEDED TO DESTROY THE REST OF THE CONSTRUCTIONS BUILD AFTER THEIR TITLE OF CONCESSION, BECOUSE UNDER THE MEXICAN LAWS: ALL THE CONSTRUCTIONS BUILDS IN A LAND THAT IT´S NOT FULLY LEGALLY YOURS AND AFTER LEGALLY WON, ALL THOSE PROPETIES AND CONSTRUCTIONS BECOME OF THE SOLE OWNERSHIP OF THE LEGAL WINNER.
