Shane - I don't know about the others, but Coldwell Banker was a franchise purchased by the people who started it in the area. They ran into some difficulties and sold it to the current owners who bought some local realtors, then ended up closing the offices in Melaque and La Manz, so they have only the one office now in Barra. I do not know what the current affiliation is or whether Coldwell, who sold at least some of the Tenacatita lots, has any mechanism to stand behind titles.
