Thanks for the responses . No I`m not looking to buy anything but rather trying to make suggestions to explore avenues I haven`t seen mentioned . Can the beach people stall proceedings over water rights ? Can the bank trusts reimburse land owners for failed titles etc. Just trying to help but I`ll keep silent.
Better minds than mine have probably already checked into this stuff .
