I was about halfway between Melague and La Manz this am and it poured for about twenty minutes; this afternoon, around 4 pm it just poured, a slight let up around 7 pm and the rain is now rolling in again. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with the hurricane, does it? The rain seems to be coming from the north, changing direction. Very odd.
