Thanks for the infro on titled and Ejido properties in Mexico. That was excellent research on your part.
I think when I sold my property in La Manzanilla a few years ago it was under Ejido but also no title. Ada took care of the whole process. Has the couple who bought the property ever built on it?? If so could you foward a picture.

Will be in Baja for the 1000 in November for about 3 weeks. Running 3 cars with a crew of about 60 people.
