I got a response from John Frost (who I believe is the power behind the cyberpueblo website)
in regards to the risk of foreigners signing the letter to the president of Mexico.

He said "There isn't a problem that I can see on this. I wouldn't go after officials in my
comments if I weren't Mexican but to say that it is an injustice is OK. Or that you support
the people of Rebalsito, or that it should be open to the public, etc."
