OK..The meters might have been removed, and the CFE is giving the locals the runaround.
The lines going to Tenacatita are still functional, so it's a 99% probability that the militia are enjoying free electricity at their resort.
Suppliers freely cruise in and out with goods for the occupiers.
The federal police have stooped to gestapo-like
tactics that allow them to intimidate locals and
visitors with drawn weapons.
The press is unaware of any of this, and the
"Federal Diputados" want the locals to keep it this way. Now it's all much clearer..
