There is a long discussion with pictures and explanations on the new FM3 process on MEX CONNECT under forums, living in Mexico. The key to completing the on line form and actually being able to print it is the activation of the adobe link on the site, once you do that you can print, if you do not, the form goes into space and you have to start over. Make sure that you put the exact name on the form that is on your existing FM3 and passport. I did not put in my middle name and the gal at the aduana office went in and added it for me while I went to the bank and payed the 1294 pesos. My color pictures were mid size instead of the small size and the gal told me that when I came back in 3 weeks to bring the smaller photo versions. They give you a number so that you can check on the Internet to see if your paperwork is ready so that you do not make an unneeded trip to ZLO. Good luck! |
