They may have been dumped shortly after or who knows. Here is the description: (1)"SIDNEY",White rough coat Jack Russell terrier,neutered male, age 13 with a split brown and white face. Most of front teeth missing, wearing a blue collar with a North Saanich BC (Canada) ID tag with incorrect phone number....but the address is correct. He was in his Vari Kennel at the time of the incident. (2) "TOPE". Mexican Brown dog, female approx 35 lbs, stocky with short legs, white arrow on chest. Age 2 years, Burgundy collar, no ID. (3) "Vaquero" Black and white spots, long legs, small head, very curly hair, recently neutered, 1 year old, noticeable neck and head injuries due to being rescued after an altercation with a larger dog. Very thin, weights about 12 pounds. Wearing blue collar with no ID. If they are located, please call Wendy Hardouin at the Canadian Colsulate in Mazatlan. She is also on the lookout and she says she will take the dogs until we can arrange to go there to pick them up.
