I just spoke to some tourist. Yesterday they had a local take them over to Tenacatita
by boat so they could snorkel the aquarium. They said that there were bunkers on
the hill tops and that there was a lot of heavy machinery doing destruction of
the buildings. They did snorkel in the aquarium with the Police monitoring their
every move at a close distance, making them feel very intimidated. The operator
of the boat said that they did not like it if you took photos and that if he were
to try and land on the beach the police would shoot.

No matter what the situation is with the Concession or the ownership of the land there
are 20 meters from median high tide which belong to the people of Mexico. Villalobos
himself said that they were not blocking the access to the Federal Zone, but it seems
that they are.

Rodenas continues to bulldoze homes and businesses even though they do not have a concession!

Who are these people who can disregard the laws of Mexico, spit in the face of all
that Emiliano Zapata fought for? They certainly are not patriots of Mexico. Where is
the army, the police and the government who are allowing this blatant disregard for
the laws of Mexico?

Its time for a Tenacatita picnic. With through media coverage the leaders of
the church, government and Rebalsito could be first to land. They would
explain to the police that we were there to use the Federal Zone and were not
a threat to them or what they are protecting. Then boat loads of people could
disembark the flotilla of boats and exercise their constitutional right to
use the Federal Zone and have a picnic. According to the words of Villalobos he
has no problems with that....lets find out.
