Have you ever opened an online account on the CFE website? You have to do that before you can look at or print your bills. Go to http://www.cfe.gob.mx/ and in the green box in the upper right labeled "Consulta tu Recibo", click "Registrate ahora". Then create your online account by entering the login name of your choice ("cuenta de acceso"), then the password of your choice (twice, under "contrasena"), then your email address (for any possible future password resets.) Then click "aceptar". On the next pages (which I haven't seen since I opened my online account a couple years ago,) you'll need to enter your 12-digit "numero de servicio" and possibly the full name that CFE has the electric meter listed under. All this is on your electric bill. If you don't have one of your bills handy, I don't know what to tell you. The info must have been used when you set up the auto payments at the bank. If the website doesn't seem to work correctly (i.e. nothing happens when you click a button), make sure Javascript is turned on in your browser. That's a whole other post! If none of this works, they should be able to help you do this at the CFE office in Cihuatlan. Good luck! |
