George , don`t you mean what part of plutocracy don`t I get ?

An oligarchy is a system of government in which a small group of people, somtimes a family, is in charge (literally, it means "rule by a few"). Two countries that currently have oligarchies are Saudi Arabia and North Korea. (Actually North Korea has more of a dictatorship/ COMMUNISM!)

Plutocracy is rule by the wealthy, or power provided by wealth.

The combination of both plutocracy and oligarchy is called plutarchy. Care to split the difference and go with plutarchy ?

However all the lofty definitions aside .

The state gov has stepped into the realm of the Fed gov.on behalf of big stack. While they sort through who has the final say over what. Is there a place at the table for the towns people who`s lives are being turned upside down? I would say that they might have a fairer shake asking for justice and remedy appealling to the Feds against the out-right heavy handedness of big stack.

Again I believe Mexico is evolving and there is a genuine concern for the welfare of citizens that hasn`t been present in the history. Scoff at this if you like but I have seen a steady improvement in Mexico for the last 35 years. Current turf battles aside, I watch with great interest for how the Feds deal with these issues. I hope your not right about the " biz as usual " and everyman for himself line of thinking .
