Hi Judy! Don't feel bad, this new online form is not very easy to use, even for experienced people. You don't need to click the Adobe link at the bottom of the form if you already have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed on your computer (most people have already downloaded and installed it unless the computer is brand new.) Just click the "Guardar" (Save) button to the right of the Adobe link at the bottom of the form (after you have filled it out of course.)

Then, if you haven't missed any required fields, the form will reappear with a new message in red all the way at the bottom asking "Es correcta la informacion capturada?" (Is the entered data correct?) Click "Si" if you've checked all the data.

Then a small box will pop up giving you the registration number of your application and telling you to print it out. Click OK.

This is when you should have already have turned off your browser's pop-up blocker, because the application will try to open in a pop-up window to be printed. If it works, print it out.

For more detailed instructions, with screen shots even, here is the direct link to the site that David C mentioned back on 10/19: http://jaltembajalapeno.com/lang/en/foreign-residents/mexico-visas-%E2%80%93-fmm-fm2-and-fm3/alpplication-procedure-for-fm3-and-fm2/

(It can be found on Mexconnect.com under Forums, then Living/Working/Retiring, then the post "FMM, FM2, FM3 explanations with screen shots".)

The link has instructions on how to turn off your pop-up blocker, and fixing other problems.

If none of this gets you going, give me a call at 351-7358 and I might be able to walk you thru over the phone or in person here in La Manz.

Good luck!
