As a 5-time visitor to La Manzanilla it's none of my business really (except that I might buy some time). If raw sewage problems, ocean water quality, and adequate fresh water supply are thought to be serious problems, why not hire someone who's a professional and can deal with these issues. With all due respect, and this is not just directed at Mark, a bunch of Internet articles, is not going to cut it. While ocean monitoring is relatively simple, a well thougth out program needs to be designed. Pretty much any beach here in california is being sampled often by lifeguards but always the program is professional designed. Raw Sewage is potentially very dangerous. Do it right.
