| Helga- Thank you for bringing these concerns to the attention of Sebas Ambriz. Until the locals recognize the gravity of the blackwater problem nothing will change. I'm wondering if anyone has a report from the meeting, and if the blackwater issue was broached. It would seem to me that the Municipio Sec de la Salud or CONAGUA should be doing some testing and data collection on the problem. What about the possibility of enlisting the help of Davison and Jerry and the Earthwatch group to facilitate a study? Seems right up their alley. Mark |
