I was just there - it's on the left side of the main road into Manzanillo, after WalMart and before Sorianna. Remember to watch out for the left turns that are performed from the right lane in Manzanillo.

Plus, the main street along the beach (after Santiago going into town) is totally dug up now, a real mess, so it's one lane each way a lot of the time. Looks ugly as hell, but hope it's nicer when they are done. Manzanillo is not the prettiest city anyway....
