Tomorrow (Friday) / 5pm / Sunset Yoga & Sangria Deb & David's Palapa (on the beach, ocean view, not to be missed) If you have a mat and know where Deb & Dave live - you can meet there at 5pm. If you need a mat or directions, meet at 4:30pm at Live Bliss - Playa Blanca 21 - to pick up a mat and walk over together. Deep relaxation yoga w/ Christina - 1 hour or a bit more. Afterwards, enjoy sangria (w/ or w/o wine) and light snacks...plus bring your swimsuit if you might want to have a dip in the pool. Drop an RSVP if possible so we can prepare accordingly. chris at christinaderoos dot com Friday yoga at Live Bliss with Karen will happen as usual. Have no fear, the classes will complement one another and it will be like a mini-yoga retreat for a day if you are able to attend both! |
