Wendy, I'm sorry to hear of your illness back in '07 but the idea that the workers were using "Black Water" to mix concrete, etc is ludicrous. Do you really think they drew water from the septic tank then mixed concrete with urine and feces? One can have 1000 liters of city water delivered to the jobsite for about $10.00. Black Water is never used for these purposes. You know the old story about 'assume' I am sure. Best wishes and good health to you. Ron
