Mark, much can be googled indeed.
But downloading (for example) a manual on plumbing does not make a plumber. Same here. And yes, implementation is a whole other beast.
When in a post last week I suggested getting a profesional (akin to calling the proverbial plumber), it was only met with negative responses.
Between the amateurs, the nay-sayers and the ones who are just in Mexico for sun, cheap booze and food, I imagine nothing substantial will happen until someone get really sick or hurt.
On the other hand, maybe there's no significant problem, so why not find out.
My last post on the subject was responded to with in effect 'La Manz does not have money, the culture is different' etc. Shit, the locals probably do not need to care about these problems. But the hundreds of foreigners who live here (with el norte immune systems, getting older and some depending on good publicity to fill up their rooms) are the ones with the cash and could raise needed money between themselves.

But only if they want to of course.
