My question is where I can APPLY for these benefits in the first place. (I've received some helpful emails, thank you.) I'm wondering if I can APPLY for these benefits at the US Embassy in Guad. I already have it set up how to get the funds, etc. The SS office here (in this little bitty town) tells me I must do it IN PERSON. But, as I say, they keep telling me new info every time I go in--and extending to a new apt. Thanks, anne |
