Yes, I noticed we can't get the HD channels. Our dish is one we brought down, the small elliptical one. It was quite light, and well-packed in a low flat box.

Gerardo, the installer, said that he locked onto both satellites, but the signal strength was low, at 39 out of 100. I believe a reading of 50 or better may be required to receive HD channels, which means a bigger dish. Not sure if these dishes are available around here? If they are, they may be quite expensive?
