David L. thank you so much for the easy to follow directions....last time I was in Manzanillo trying to find the Telmex building because my phone was disconnected, I had to pay a taxi driver to guide me....so I definitely have engrained in my mind how to get to TelMex so with your detailed directions from there I will be sure to find the Immigration Office!
