Please join us for Yoga, Pilates and Zumba at Live Bliss. Full schedule is back this week! Yoga: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-11:30 a.m. Pilates: Tuesday, Thursday 9-10 a.m. Zumba: Tuesday, Thursday 8-9 a.m. All classes are donation only. Mats are available. Gym shoes recommended for Zumba. Namaste! Karen |
