Scuba lessons?

Does anyone know if there is a qualified Scuba instructor teaching in the area this year? There was a gal last year who was based on her boat near Tenacatita, but she is not coming here this year. I will be in LaManzanilla in late January and would like to get into a basic course if one is available.
