hello james we do have gluten free foods on our menu, also talking about wholewheat bread, we use wholewheat bread, buns, also hamburger buns and a dark kind of baquete and a panini sandwich type all of which we plan to sell also directly to the consumer soon. saludos y nos vemos pronto chef miguel @ kenny's |
