Hola, I,īm starting yoga classes at Casa Luz, Nansee and Richards Tuesday Dec14th and Thursday Dec 16th and continuing until mid March. The focus will be on restorative series for specific body areas, hips, knees, shoulders and necks, some Qi Kung and gentle flow work in a warm safe enevironment. Good for beginners or intermediate. Lots of individual attention provided. classes start at 9AM until 10:15AM, cost sliding scale from 80 to 100 pesos.I have over 20 years experience with teaching yoga , Qi kung with a body mind focus. I am also available for massage, Jin shin Do(R) acupressure, cranio sacral and medical QI Kung. You can find me and my table beside the new Fiesta Mexicana, Marias palapa on the beach.
