Thanks Dean for putting this information out there. I believe that Daniel has finally had the surgery in Guadalajara that will close up the ulcer and allow him to live a more normal life without the constant pain and fear of infection. The ejido has really come through and is making it possible for the family to continue on with Daniel's goal - to get out of his wheelchair and to continue with his education. Heartfelt thanks to everyone.
