Sunset Yoga on the Beach

We are hosting a Sunset Yoga class again at Casa Espritu del Sol. We'll gather up on the roof deck, under the palapa at 4:45pm on Saturday Dec. 11. Walking on the beach, it's the first house (orange and yellow) after the crocodiles.

Yoga will go from 5 to 6 pm or so. This is a gentle, meditative flow practice led by Christina de Roos of Live Bliss here in La Manzanilla. Cost by donation.

Bring your own mat (if you have it). Otherwise, some will be provided. Bring something to snack on if you want to mingle afterward with a sangria or punch.
