I had a very difficult and long time getting IMSS. Now I wish I had requested Manzanillo instead of Melaque, as I think Manzanillo is more efficient. I think the service is great for emergencies, but I have a friend who has been trying to get catarak (sp?) surgery for over a year and is still trying for that last appointment in Guadalajara.
