Several people have asked me about Lonny's classes. I suggest you email him for more information. He will be arriving in La Manzanilla on January 3.

What I do know is that Lonny's Tai Chi is from the family lineage of Cheng Man. He suggests you wear loose clothing and soft soled shoes or socks.
Beginners are welcome and all levels are encouraged.

Lonny teaches Hellerwork and Tai Chi at Pacific Rim College in Victoria.
