Shout out to el Quetzal

We went to restaurante el Quetzal and had their Christmas menu last night. It was wonderful. More French than Mexican. The fish paté was delicious served cold in a fresh tomato sauce. The stuffed pork loin was done to perfection, and also delicious. If you want to try something out of the ordinary we highly recommend giving it a try. They are offerring it again tonight.

Also muchas gracias to Lulys and Jello at fruteria Junior. Their posada last night was delightful. Much good cheer was spread around.
(and the punch was "mas rico con tequilla" just like she said.
