I was on one of the 5 or so boats that left La Manzanilla somewhere around 12:30?
Spirits were high, it was great to be a part of the excitement.
We got to Tenacatita and there were already a bunch of people there, both for the picnic
and others who had come by bus / car to just have a day on the beach.
No problems, The police kept their distance, the band played, people danced, ate food,
swam and had a great feeling of solidarity. The politicians were there doing photo's etc.
I am happy I went and happy to be amongst the corral kickers of the world.
Good people they are!
