I know it starts at 6am (from calling Rusty) and the Casa Ejidal is on the street that is on the north side of the jardin where all the taxis are, you go left there and it is a one-way heading to Villa Obregon - it is only a couple of blocks down after you leave the jardin - it is on the right side and you should see it there easily.
