Thanks Diane, I am consulting a Mexican lawyer friend of mine and will share what I learn. Everyone ought to know what they are getting into but remember that the state is saying that there are no state troops there so these are auxiliary police paid for by Rodenas. We are guaranteeing the constitution not breaking it and as the Wikileaks papers on Mexico attest, the Mexican government is eager to improve its human rights image.
