Thanks Daniel. It may be cast, but I can hope. I appreciate your support in this thread. I guess coming from the blogging world, I feel once I introduce something, it is only right to answer people who were kind enough to respond on my thread. This seems to be less the case with message boards, but I am still glad I engaged. I have learned much from many of you I am STILL getting berated by this email person, who screams in cap-lock :GO AWAY! and then berates me for replying to her 3 (thus far) hate mails... each time trying to figure out why she could possibly so vehemently object. It takes all kinds, I guess. As I replied to her in email, what kind of person would not wish to have more donations generated for the residents' food banks and Kid's Christmas Fund, the only tangible difference my reporting has made? I guess she does, however petty that may seem, but just for the record, this is no La Manz or Tena resident - she lives in Puerto Vallarta and Vancouver. Anyway, I have no idea what tactics you all will decide to approach with, although I do think your Federal Zone approach is logically a sound one. That is up to you, you do it, I'll report it. It still absolutely kills my heart when I think of people being pushed out of their homes at gunpoint, and I see the images of Police and hired goons rifling through and stealing their possessions. To me, this is a human rights obscenity no different than the "settlers" in East Jerusalem evicting families from their homes and keeping them out of their ancient neighborhoods at gunpoint. It is never easy to fight the ones with the money, the guns, the corrupt enabling ties in any government. But I for one, shall never not echo the cries of the dispossessed. Silence is complicity! (and bitter Susana can kiss my fat white gringo hiney!) D
