We invite you to join us for a SPECIAL WORKSHOP at Live Bliss Studio along with our regular fun schedule of classes: INVERSION WORKSHOP with Ken Law Wednesday 9-10:30 a.m. Discover the power of inversions! Workshop is 100 pesos Ken has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years in Connecticut and has a background in Anna Forrest style of yoga. For those of you who have been taking Karen's regular yoga class, you will LOVE this workshop as we build strength and creativity from the inside out.
