Good morning, in Mexico the law establishes that to indemnify a worker, it is necessary to pay 3 months of salary as well as 20 days for worked year, in this case if they were 15 years of service relation, it would be necessary to indemnify the person with 13 months of salary, but it is depending on the relation that is had by the worker, can be come to an agreement and pay a percentage of this cost, especially if it is not registered in the social security or estate of the locality. I would recommend to you to speak with some friend or lawyer of the locality to find which is the normal arrangement in La Manzanilla.
