We had our first "lesson" in Tai Chi on Monday and it was invigorating! I would heartily recommend that if anyone has any interest in this terrific art form to stop by Nansee News' place (75 Boca del Rio) at 2:30 this afternoon. Bring a pair of socks or soft slippers and be ready to relax during an aerobic exercise. (sounds like an oxymoron, I know )
