Rick, I'm so impressed with the class; after just two sessions, I'm finding myself more comfortable with Spanish and able to speak a wee bit more instead of just blurting out nouns with no verbs attached. "Lechuga, por favour", though it gets me what I want, does not leave me feeling very comfortable with the people with whom I'm dealing and does nothing to help integrate me into this culture.
As a first time teacher, you are doing marvelously well; you seem totally comfortable with the language and your new role as maestro. Congratulations. :o)
