There is a bus from Melaque that stops at the Walmart but not the fast bus. It leaves at 10AM. There is a mall and big grocery about a block or two from it, Office Depot and Starbucks. If you driving someone else with have to help you You would need to take the 8:30 bus from LM to Melaque.
