After you pass the large golf course on your right is Comercial Mexicana (big box store). Get in the lateral and Walmart is about 2 blocks further.

There is a major clinic across from Soriana about 10 blocks further.

There is an analysis clinic in Melaque - same block as Centro de Salud. I believe you need a doctors request for whatever test?
